  3. The funny thing to me is that this wasn’t even Messi’s best performance for Argentina, he’s played much better matches overall but people have critisiced him coz he has’t scored. Now he scored, and people praise him though he wasn’t at his best. Shows how much the haters know about football.

  18. that’s true, that’s the main problem of Argentina, football is a team game, and in Argentina, everyone is expecting for Lio to do everything. Only Aguero is the one who knows how to do a 1-2 with him, the rest just doesn’t give him possibilities for passes, they just wait for him to put on some magic move, yea, he might can dribble a whole defense once, but they have to play in association with him, and because theydon’t get this, Argentina doesnt play wellAnd I’m Argentinian.

  20. Feel so sorry for him, barely anyone made a run for him and when he passed anyone the ball they gave it right back, expecting him to dribble through everyone. There is plenty of talent in this team for the others to be able to play Messi in on goal instead of playing to the point where the only way they are going to score is if Messi plays them in on goal without them moving or he dribbles past everyone which he had to do twice here!
